| 1. How do I get started? | Go to the Services page. a. Review the services offered and choose the one that best fits your needs. b. Click on the Get Started button if you choose any of the One-on-One Calls; or the Pay with Paypal button for any of the Resume Services. |
| 2. How and when do I pay for Services? | After you select the Service you would like to purchase, you will go through the checkout process and submit your payment information. You will be charged automatically; so please be certain you’re ready to purchase before submitting. |
| 3. How can I ask questions before placing my order? | You can submit your questions on the form below or you can email us directly at info@northyconsulting.com to receive a response via e-mail. However, if you would like to talk directly with the Resume expert be sure to book the 30-minute Consultation Call. |
| 4. What is the turnaround time of completion for my order? | The standard turnaround time for Resumes and Cover Letters is 3-4 business days. For Packages including LinkedIn profiles the standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. If you need a rush order, please contact me at info@northyconsulting.com to see if your request can be accommodated. There is an additional fee of $50.00 for rush orders. |
| 5. Can I get feedback on my Resume before placing an order? | Upon boooking a 30-minute consultation, you will receive one-on-one feedback on the submitted Resume. |
| 6. Can you guarantee that I will get a job offer? | Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you’ll get a job offer. Northy Consulting can provide you with the documents and coaching to best prepare you for your career search. However, there are a number of external factors outside of our control that makes it impossible for us to guarantee any sort of commitment from a potential employer. |

What is your refund policy? | Unfortunately, due to the amount of time and effort required to edit, revise, compose and proofread customized documents, Northy Consulting does not offer refunds for any services. However, all orders are guaranteed up to 3 revisions of the delivered document(s) within the first 7 days of your delivery date. |
